About This Blog

This blog is a new venture to capture a twelve month snapshot of live culture, music and sport in 2020. The culture will be dominated by live theatre; the sport mainly following West Bromwich Albion and Warwickshire County Cricket; and the music through gigs largely in the genres of country, folk and Americana. Each event attended will accrue a reflective blog post that may fluctuate in detail, but endeavour to capture the experience and place it in context. This venture replaces a previous music blog titled Three Chords and the Truth UK, which is currently in hiatus. Ultimately, 2020cms provides a writing outlet that feeds a bug and hopefully provide some content of interest.
